Sharing a little about myself, sewing and creating with fabric has been an important part of my life starting when I learned to sew garments in elementary school with my mother and grandmother.  I made my first quilt in High School - a Dresden Plate with a plain sheet for backing.  

My formal education in Textiles, Fashion Merchandising and Fashion Marketing further inspired my creative journey.  I've worked in the corporate buying offices for TJ Maxx and Filenes Basement, fine-tuned my apparel making skills and applied my alteration expertise in formal wear specific to wedding and pageant gowns as a self-employed entrepreneur.  In addition to my Tuffet Source responsibilities, I work with the exciting team at the renowned FreeSpirit Fabrics company.

Last year my husband (Bob) and I purchased Tuffet Source from the original founders, Sharyn and Allen Cole.  We're extremely excited to continue the Tuffet Source legacy, and energized to share a few ideas for the future too.  Again, welcome and we hope to inspire you to join in the tuffet making fun!
